During a utility failure generators may occasionally have a problem. The best thing to prevent a service call during an outage is to make sure you have a current ANNUAL MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT with All County Generators. This will ensure that your generator is actively tested and repaired as needed.

Emergency calls may still happen. As long as you have a current service agreement with us, we will come out at a discounted hourly rate and check the problem. However, before coming out, our on call Technician will call you and walk you through a couple things to check to make sure that the problem is something severe. Occasionally we may even diagnose the problem over the phone saving you an emergency call service visit!
